Does the cost include any veterinary care or appointment time?
While we accompany your pet throughout their visit, providing them with the same care and attention we would offer our own pets, the exam fees are charged separately from the transport costs. A wellness exam is $40, while a sick visit exam is $65, with additional charges for any treatments provided during the visit.
How will I know how much the cost for the veterinary care will be?
Before any care is provided, we will create an estimate for you to approve or decline. It’s common for only some services to be performed, and you will be informed about the recommended options and their associated costs.

For very large pets, typically over 90lbs, we utilize our mobile veterinary clinic and often bring an extra person for assistance, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
What if my pet has a leg, hip injury, or other mobility issues?
In cases of mobility issues, we typically use our mobile veterinary clinic, which is equipped with a stretcher and devices designed to relieve weight from injuries, making transport safer for your pet.

We understand that some pets may experience anxiety during transport. To help, we can administer sedation if necessary, use calming techniques, and provide reassurance by talking to your pet throughout the ride.

During your pet’s appointment, we will keep you informed through video conferencing or phone calls, providing updates on your pet’s condition and any necessary treatments.
What if I have more than one pet? Does it cost the same?

If the appointment lasts longer than an hour, there will be an additional charge of $40 per hour to account for the extended time and resources required.
Can you take my pet to the groomers, daycare, or other appointments?
Transport to grooming or daycare appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please note that these appointments often require more time, leading to increased costs due to less predictable return times.
